Earth Hour

We're three-quarters of the way into Earth Hour, which started at 8pm. Lights off for 60 minutes, as an energy conservation initiative and to lower carbon emissions.

"Earth Hour, under the working title "the big flick", was conceived by members of WWF-Australia's communication team in December 2005 as a possible campaign to engage all parts of the Australian community on the need to address climate change to avoid the effects of global warming on Australia." (Wikipedia)

I've got 2 candles going in my bedroom, but geez I'm going blind squinting at my keyboard.
