First night out with boots

Wore my boots out for the first time tonight, had dinner with Bron at Merrin St Cafe. Had a very nice chicken pasta with creamy sweet chilli sauce. Prolly not to everyone's taste, but I really enjoyed it. So tonight I was thinking I should wear a dress with black tights and my boots, but it was getting really cold, so I decided to wear skinny jeans with my boots. So i pulled on my grey Sass n Bide pair, but the problem is they're so long that I have to fold them over, and folding them over leaves a bulge in my boots which I find so unsightly. So i ended up wearing my black Jay Jays skinny jeans which end just below my ankle so they fit my boots nicely. Then I thought it would be nice to wear a nice red sweater, something that pops and ISN'T black, but of course I didn't have anything red, I had all black stuff. So i ended up wearing my black merino sweater with a tight black cardi over it, and finally my black and grey striped long cardi.

P.S. Sorry about all the white smudges on the photos, those were on the mirror. This is mum n dad's room, the position of their mirror is easier for me to take pics.
