I've got 2 more weeks of school left...well, 2 weeks and 1 last Monday followed by a Tuesday morning of prizegiving and then staff Xmas lunch. So those last 2 days are pretty much write-offs. Can't wait for all those lie-ins and catching up on sleep. Man I have been seriously deprived of sleep. I haven't been able to sleep earlier than 11:30pm for all of this term. Brain just refused to shut down!
Have been looking for a nice not-too-flashy dress to wear on the last Tuesday of school for prizegiving and the Xmas do. Jacqui E has some pretty nice dresses, but I've already seen a couple of teachers wearing clothes from there, and one even wore a dress I had been eye-ing. Ughh ewww. My choices are really limited unless I venture into Country Road and Witchery territory, but man, I dowanna spend that much money just for a dress to wear to staff lunch, when I'm trying to save up for a more important cause.
What's that cause, you say? Xmas shopping in Melbourne. That's my cause. But I don't feel nice wearing old stuff to a Xmas do. I know...lame, Tash! I've been alright with my saving. Haven't splurged on anything in a while.
Okay, that's enough rambling from me. Everyone have a nice Xmas, hope to be posting pics of Xmas gatherings soon.
