After the Hagglund ride we were brought to see the penguins. One penguin was brought out for us to see up close.
The kids had to sit round in a circle while the penguin walked around and did a bit of exploring. They weren't allowed to touch it. But the penguin could come up to the kid if it chose to.
A close up of the penguin. Really cute. The supervisor said it pooped a lot anywhere at anytime, and just as he said it, the thing pooped. Ha ha. So he had to clean the poop off the carpet, and he said that's why he goes around wearing an apron.
Finally, the girls go into the ice room to experience an actual Antarctic wind storm. I chose not to go in.
