The French Festival in Akaroa was great, but I forgot to bring my camera! Mostly I just found the little kids that came out for the festival unbelieveably cute, and some dogs too. We caught a french troupe/acrobatic act that was sorta like Cirque du Soleil (I'm not sure how it's spelt) but nowhere near their standard of course. It was a 'cute small french town' theme going on, basically. I saw two students of mine there. Unbelievable. I travel more than 80k out of Chch, and I still can't get away from those damn kids. Ha ha kidding. I think.
